If you find yourself in the middle of an issue and are uncertain how to proceed, our team is here to help.

Interacting with us is a voluntary and strictly confidential process. Our conflict resolution specialists uphold and respect individuals’ rights, while also promoting mutual consideration of each party’s needs, interests, feelings, and values involved in the conflict or dispute.

Our Process

How does the process work if I seek resolution to a dispute?

We connect you with a professional, experienced and impartial Case Manager/Facilitator who will gather information about the situation and attempt to obtain contact information for the other party.

Okay, what happens if the other party is unwilling to participate in the process?

This is where some “one-on-one” help called Conflict Coaching can help the one remaining party.

What is the next step if both parties want to work together towards resolution?

At this stage there can be a series of one-on-one sessions called Pre-Meetings where the Case Manager & the Facilitator ascertain a deeper understanding of each respective party and what it is they truly want from going through this process (quite often not as obvious as some people may think)

Our Options

What is the Restorative Practices Program?

Restorative practices are a method of dialogue to repair and strengthen relationships between individuals as well as social connections within communities, in order to reintegrate where there has been division.

What is the goal?

The goal is to humanize the conflict, hold people accountable for their actions; then provide parties affected by the conflict an opportunity to address their needs, and collaboratively seek a resolution that lends itself towards reparation to the greatest extent possible.

What to expect?

Guided by a facilitator, all restorative practices involve a dialogue circle. Circles allow participants to listen deeply to each other where participants will:

Seek to understand each other’s perception of the conflict.

  1. Seek direct accountability.
  2. Understand impact and harm.
  3. Decide together how best to repair the harm that has occurred.
  4. Where appropriate, repair relationships between all parties involved.

Interacting with us is a voluntary and completely confidential process. Conflict resolution specialists observe and value people’s rights, and encourage parties involved in the conflict or dispute to consider each other’s needs, interests, feelings, and values.
